Unfortunately, it’s not always possible to offer in-house demonstrations due to the high volume of enquiries. While we would love to accommodate every request, this isn’t always feasible, so we host scheduled open days in various locations. Our devices are designed for trained and certified aesthetic professionals. Comprehensive training is included with every purchase to ensure safe, effective, and compliant treatment delivery. However, before purchasing, we always advise you to check with your local Health Authority to see if your license allows you to perform treatments (particularly in the US where each states laws differ).

A pricing guide is available for you to download on the student portal  – do bear in mind though that it is just a guide. The most important aspect is that you don’t undercharge which undermines both your services and the brand, it’s a high and treatment and pricing should reflect accordingly.

Yes! Marketing for each device is available on the student portal. Download directly to your device or onto a USB to take to your local print store.

Training

Whether you choose online training, a live Zoom session, or a scheduled face-to-face group class (only available in the UK and US), you’ll receive immediate access to our student portal to begin the theory portion of your training. This allows you to build a strong understanding of plasma and its interaction with the skin before your practical training takes place.

Unfortunately, due to the high volume of enquiries and the fact that we are an international company, it’s not always possible to offer in-house training. While we would love to accommodate every request, this isn’t always feasible — though it’s always worth enquiring. Scheduled training dates are available in both the UK and the US. Depending on your location and the availability of a local trainer, we will always aim to arrange in-house training for an additional fee.

Training is included for one person with each device purchase. Training for additional staff members can be purchased if required. Recordings of Zoom training sessions may be shared with additional team members at no extra cost; however, any staff member who wishes to be fully certified will need their own student portal account and individual training, along with the dedicated support that comes with it. Discounts may be available for multiple employees.

In most cases, yes, particularly if you have purchased one of our devices second-hand. Please note, however, that training fees will be higher than for clients who have purchased a device directly from us. Trade-in options are also available for those looking to exchange another device and upgrade to one of ours.Can I train online only?

At the end of your training, (whether online or face to face) you will be asked to submit short video recordings and photographic evidence of your treatments. These should be uploaded to your student portal account and will be reviewed by your trainer before certification is granted.

Yes, although currently only for US and UK customers.

This is a third party payment provider who we use to set up monthly, interest free direct debit payments directly from your bank account, while keeping your bank details secure (Similar to Paypal). Please note that a deposit is required for this option. Available for most countries.

Ordering/Delivery

Depending on your location, UK deliveries should be received the next business day (if the order is placed before 12 noon) For international deliveries, most take between 3-5 working business days although we do also have a shipping location in the US.

Yes, you should receive tracking from the courier directly so do check for emails and/or text messages. If you do not receive tracking, contact us directly at info@plasmapen.com or usorders@plasmapen.com.

In most cases yes, particularly if your device has been shipped internationally from the UK – something we have no control over.

No, only VAT for UK residents.
