It works by numbing the surface of the skin for a short time and is applied, where appropriate, before certain PlasmaPen™ procedures to help prevent any pain sensation on the skin although feelings of pressure and touch will likely remain. Keep refrigerated, use within 4 weeks after opening and completely avoid contact with the eyes.
