Refund and Returns Policy

Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

All training fees, deposits, and purchases of products and equipment are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds are not provided, except as specified below. Customers waive the right to issue a credit card chargeback.

Equipment Returns

Receive a full refund for unused equipment returned in its original packaging within 7 days of purchase.

Post-Training Returns

After completing training, a 50% deduction will apply to refunds to cover associated costs.

Return Process

All return requests must include proof of purchase and be processed through our customer service team at info@plasmapen.com.

By purchasing from Plasma Pen™, customers acknowledge and agree to the following statement:

“I understand and authorize the charge on my receipt (including additional training seats, extended warranty, and applicable sales tax) to my credit card. Charges will appear as Plasma Pen™ on my statement.”
